ABOUT YOUR COACH

JEFF SMITH

As a kid, I was always active—whether it was soccer, karate, or hockey, I thrived on staying busy. But as life progressed, I found myself in my early twenties, overwhelmed by the responsibilities of being a single dad, working a full-time job, and feeling stuck in an unhealthy routine. I struggled with low energy, poor sleep, and no time to focus on myself.

That all changed when I decided to take the first step—buying a Wii and committing to small, consistent workouts. Slowly, my energy returned, my mindset shifted, and I began to feel more like myself again. This momentum carried me into new challenges, from GORUCK events to Tough Mudder races, and sparked a deeper passion for fitness that I now share with others.

Today, I’m committed to helping others break through their own barriers, find their energy, and achieve their fitness goals—no matter how big or small. Life isn’t always linear, but with the right mindset and consistency, anything is possible.
